This website is designed to share ideas and resources without requiring an account, gated download or advertising profile.

This website has no contact database, user accounts or mailing list. Contact-form submissions are delivered directly to me by email. The submitted name, email address, topic and message may remain in my mailbox and any resulting correspondence.
This information is used to understand and respond to your message and protect the form from misuse. Providing it is voluntary, but a name, reply address and message are needed if you want a response.
Do not include confidential employer, customer, security or personal information that is not necessary for the conversation.
Contact correspondence is handled on the basis of legitimate interests: responding to people who choose to make contact and maintaining appropriate professional correspondence. Security logs, rate limiting and spam protection are used on the same basis to protect the website and contact channel from abuse. Information may also be retained where necessary to meet a legal obligation.
The public pages, downloadable resources and on-site search do not require cookies. The website does not use advertising or marketing cookies.
When a message is submitted, the server uses an essential first-party session cookie named anshul_contact. It stores no message content and is used only to enforce a short submission rate limit. The browser cookie is a session cookie and is intended to expire when the browser session ends.
The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical browser and network signals and issues a short-lived validation token. The website sends that token and the submitting IP address to Cloudflare for verification. The token is not retained by this website after validation.
No browser-based website analytics service is currently enabled. This notice will be updated before analytics that materially changes the data processing is introduced.
The website is hosted by FastComet, which processes routine access and security logs on my behalf. These logs may include an IP address, requested URL, browser information and timestamp. They are used for security, reliability and abuse prevention. I do not download or maintain a separate archive of these hosting logs.
Cloudflare processes the information needed to operate Turnstile and, when enabled, Web Analytics. FastComet and Cloudflare act as technology service providers for the purposes described above.
FastComet and Cloudflare may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer occurs, it is handled under the provider's data-protection terms and applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where relevant.
Contact messages that do not lead to continuing correspondence are deleted within 12 months after the last substantive exchange. Continuing correspondence is kept while it remains relevant and is reviewed at least annually. Information may be retained longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim or meet a legal obligation.
Turnstile validation tokens are not retained by this website after verification. Hosting-log retention is controlled by FastComet under the hosting configuration and its data-processing terms. Current details can be requested through the contact page.
You can ask what information I retain from your message, or request its correction or deletion, by using the contact form and selecting Privacy or personal information. You may also contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
This notice will be updated when the website begins using a materially different service or changes how personal information is handled.
